The Derwent Art Prize

The Derwent Art Prize is a global art competition and exhibition. Open to artists from around the world, the Prize rewards excellence by showcasing the very best 2D and 3D artworks. Artists are requested to fill in the completed online entry form. A total amount of up to 6 recent works can be submitted. A non refundable fee of 15 pounds for the first work and 5 pounds for each additional work will be charged. Artists of under 25 years of age will pay only 5 pounds per work.

Materials
Pencil or coloured pencil as well as water soluble, pastel, graphite and charcoal.

Prizes
The first prize of 4000 pounds plus a year’s supply of Derwent products
Second Prize 2000 Pounds
Young Artist First Prize (for artists under 25 years) 2000 Pounds
Young artist Second Prize (For artists under 25 Years) 2000 Pounds
People’s Choice Award 500 Pounds
In addition, all the first and second prize winners will receive a special box of Derwent lightfast pencils.
