Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Hilda: ” I am an artist living in Ontario, Canada and I enjoy painting details of my life.”

When did you start painging?
Hilda: ” I started painting in 2001.”

What kind of materials do you use?
Hilda: “Watercolours, chalk-pastels and collage.”

What subjects do you paint?
Hilda: ” Lately, I love painting containers of stuff on grass.”

Are you a professional artist or is it a hobby?
Hilda: ” I am a self taught artists and I create art as a hobby.”

Fun Fact?
Hilda: “I was a pig farmer for over 20 years. I volunteer at a local juvenile detention centre, teaching young men to draw and paint.  Love it to no end.”

Have you won any art awards?
Hilda: “Yes, I won the local juried show for our county at the Art Gallery of Northumberland.”

Hilda: “Mary Whyte”
