Journaling brings the benefits of putting your thoughts on paper and clearing your mind. With the aid of water colour, pens of different sorts whether they be coloured or black, silver or gold, gel or the glitter sort, glue for sticking things down or just plain pencils, much can be achieved. It gives you some ‘me time’ in this stressy life we lead. Before long, it will lead to more self-esteem, self-awareness and control of the situation around you.

Take a piece of a picture torn out of a magazine stick it in your journal and try and finish it off. Try drawing some of the ingredients of your favourite recipe.
